Warranty Policy

Product Warranties and Repairs

All items sold by Cubeladder are warranted solely by the manufacturer/distributor, except "direct import" a/k/a IMP items. All items needing repair (other than IMP) should be sent to the manufacturer/distributor directly for service. Cubeladder is not liable if the manufacturer/distributor fails to perform warranty service.

Used equipment has a 30-day warranty.

Cubeladder will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. Cube ladder liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.

Sales Tax

If the order is shipped within the State of Texas, the law requires that local sales tax be added to the order total including the amount of the shipping charge. We do not collect tax for orders shipped out of Texas State. Purchases in our store are subject to an 8.25% local sales tax. This tax is not a VAT, and cannot be recovered by non-USA visitors when returning home.

Tax Exempt

The Government, education, non-profit organizations, public charities, churches, and other religious organizations usually qualify for tax-exempt purchases. Once approved, customers may make tax-exempt purchases on behalf of their organizations online at www.cubeladder.com.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are based on the destination, size, and weight of your item(s) and include a small fee for ensuring the full value of your item(s) against possible theft or damage while in transit.

You can calculate your estimated shipping fee for any product by clicking on the 'Calculate Shipping' link on our product list and product detail pages. If you’re logged in and have previously placed an order with us, your zip code will be saved. If you are not logged in, just enter your zip code or country to get a shipping cost estimate. (You will have the option to upgrade your shipping to a different service during the checkout process.)

The shipping calculator is available in the Shopping Cart as well so that you can calculate the shipping costs for your full order before you begin checking out. If you select a different shipping method during checkout your actual shipping cost may be higher.

Shipping Options

We work with multiple carriers to offer you different shipping options. FedEx is our preferred carrier, but you may also choose UPS or US Mail (the US only). Expedited shipping options are also available for rush deliveries.

UPS

Guaranteed delivery time.

A signature may be required upon delivery (at the discretion of the UPS delivery driver and depending on your location). Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from UPS.

FedEx

A signature may be required upon delivery (depending on your location and at the discretion of the FedEx delivery driver). Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from FedEx.

US Postal Service (the US only)

USPS can ship packages to PO Boxes. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up. Delivery times vary by destination and is not guaranteed. Tracking of packages have some limitations.

Delivery Times

If your order is being shipped from Cubeladder (not drop-shipped) to a US shipping address, you will get an expected delivery date for each shipping option during checkout. These dates are based on carrier shipping practices, destination and the items you order. (Expected delivery dates are estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or time of the order being placed. Items that are not regularly stocked cannot be held to the expected delivery dates.)

Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.

Order cutoff times for all* domestic orders shipping via UPS, FedEx Economy, or FedEx Priority:

Monday - Thursday: 3:00pm ET

Friday: 11:00am ET or 12:00pm DST

*Excludes "Standard" Shipping which requires additional processing time.

Domestic orders shipping via USPS, FedEx Saver, or Truck (non-rush)*, received before 7:00 am ET will be shipped same day

Order cutoff times for White Glove next day delivery (domestic):

Monday - Thursday: 2:30 pm ET

Friday: 11:00am ET or 12:00pm DST

Some items on our website are not regularly stocked at Cubeladder. Availability on these items will show as Drop Ship, Accepting Orders or Special Order.

Drop Ship: These items will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. These items generally take about 7-10 days to arrive at U.S. destinations.

Accepting Orders and Special Order: If one of the items in your order includes one of these non-regularly stocked items, we will ask you during checkout to choose whether you would like us to ship your full order when all items are in stock or if you would like to a split shipment (this will not cost you more). The estimated delivery shown reflects the shipping time once Cubeladder gets the item in stock.

The tracking number you receive from us in an Order Status email during the daytime may not be updated on the carriers’ website until that evening. You may also track your order on our website (login not required).

Cubeladder generally packs orders Sunday - Friday. However, orders packed by Cubeladder on Sundays or Legal Holidays are not shipped until the following business day. If you receive an email from us on a Sunday or Legal Holiday indicating that your order has shipped, please be aware that it will ship the next business day.

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays.

Please note: All orders are subject to approval by our verification department. We will notify you by phone or email should your order be delayed.

Returns and replacements

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction

If for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Cubeladder within 14 days of purchase date subject to the conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise

Refunds & Credits

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account.

Exchanges

If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed
