Please read all the conditions below. If conditions are not met, Cube Ladder reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.

All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.

Cube Ladder is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.

Cube Ladder is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

No Return/Exchange on the following:

TVs, combos, and monitors 37" and larger once any of the packaging has been opened.

Any computers built or modified by Cube Ladder to customer's specifications.

Special Order merchandise or any item indicated on the website as non-returnable.

Underwater equipment that has been submerged.

Educational tapes and books once unwrapped.

Cube Ladder Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only and may not be redeemed for cash.

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model

Return Instructions

STEP 1

REQUEST AN RMA NUMBER (Return Merchandise Authorization)

There are 2 ways to request an RMA:

When you receive your RMA, you will have options as to how to receive your refund:

Credit back to your Original Payment Method

Store Credit / Electronic Gift Card (EGC)

STEP 2

PACK YOUR ITEM

Place your item in the original manufacturer's packaging

Place the original package into a shipping carton.

Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.

STEP 3

SHIP YOUR ITEM

The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box.

Print the label and tape it to the carton.

We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Returns:

Please submit all return request, through RMA link. We will take care of the rest for you!

Once our Returns Department has received and inspected your return, your refund or exchange will be issued.

Note: Credit card customers with billing addresses within the 50 United States will not be charged until the order is processed for shipping, however, credit card authorization for the order total occurs at the time the order is placed. Credit Cards with billing addresses outside the 50 United States will be charged in full at the time of purchase.

PayPal

We accept PayPal payments via our website only.

Please note: PayPal payments cannot be combined with other payment methods (excluding Gift Cards).

Note: We do not accept eChecks (bank account payments) via PayPal unless you have a valid credit card attached to your account (for backup purposes). PayPal may, therefore, ask you to add a valid credit card to your account for you to complete your order with us.

Google Wallet

Choose Google Wallet for quick checkout through Google (US customers only). All you need is a Google Wallet account.

Once you have completed a purchase using Google Wallet, Cube Ladder will communicate with you via your Google Wallet email address regarding shipping, tracking, and returns.

Orders through Google Wallet cannot be modified. You must cancel the order and place a new order if necessary.

When you use Google Wallet you are protected by Google's fraud protection policy which covers you against unauthorized purchases made through Google Wallet.

Your credit/debit card information is stored in your Google Wallet account. Charges to your credit card are made by GOOGLE *Cube Ladder. Your credit/debit card information is not shared with Cube Ladder.

Pricing

All prices on this website are subject to change without notice. Whilst we make every effort to provide you with the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our web site may be mis priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Cube Ladder shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.

If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.
